Goldcar Refuses to Return $139 Deposit and Denies Promised Discount

I rented a Jaecoo J7 from the Goldcar Çukurova Airport location for the period between October 10, 2025, and October 19, 2025. During pickup, a $139 security deposit was charged to my credit card, and staff explicitly promised that upon my return to Adana, I would receive an additional $139 off-site promotional discount on top of my deposit refund, creating a total benefit of $278.

Nearly 10 months have passed, yet my security deposit has still not been refunded to my card. When I followed up with the rental office via WhatsApp, they denied the promised $139 discount entirely, claiming no such promotion exists. In short, they failed to return my deposit and completely reneged on the discount guaranteed by their staff.

Despite having WhatsApp records documenting their original commitment and my unfulfilled request, customer service has taken no action. I demand that my $139 security deposit be returned to my credit card without further delay and that the promised $139 off-site discount be applied in full.
