Payless Won't Release My Credit Card Deposit
On November 22, 2025, I rented a vehicle from the Payless Rent A Car branch at Ankara Esenboğa Airport. I returned the vehicle in good condition and without any issues. However, the $107 security deposit authorization placed on my credit card has still not been released, even though nearly 20 days have passed since I returned the car.
During this time, I contacted both the rental office and the relevant customer service departments several times. Unfortunately, the issue has been repeatedly ignored, and I have not received a clear explanation or a resolution. No damage has been reported, and I have not been notified of any additional charges, yet my security deposit remains on hold.
I request that Payless Rent A Car Esenboğa Airport immediately release and refund the $107 security deposit held on my credit card. I also expect a clear written explanation regarding the reason for the delay and confirmation that the matter has been resolved.
