Global Blue Refund Reversed Without Explanation – $50 Taken Back
After making a purchase abroad, I received a tax refund through Global Blue, which was credited to my credit card account in February 2026 for approximately $50. However, shortly afterward, the same amount was withdrawn again without any explanation.
I have screenshots of both the credit and the reversal transactions as shown in my bank account. When I tried to contact Global Blue by phone, I was unable to reach anyone, and their email support has been extremely inadequate, with no satisfactory response provided.
This situation creates the impression that the company is not acting as a reliable or trustworthy organization and that the refunded amount has been unfairly taken back. I request a clear and written explanation as to why the tax refund was reversed, and I demand that the deducted amount, which I believe was taken unfairly, be immediately refunded to my account.
The tax refund I received from Global Blue was credited to my account as $50, but the same amount was withdrawn shortly afterward without any explanation. I was unable to get a response when I tried to reach them by phone, and the email support was not satisfactory. I am now requesting that my refund be credited again.
