I Received My Global Blue Tax Refund in USD Instead of Euro and Lost ₺10

I’m extremely frustrated with how Global Blue handled my tax-free refund. During my trip abroad, I was clearly promised a tax refund of €22.12, but instead, Global Blue transferred $22.12 USD to my account. This isn’t a minor difference — due to the exchange rate, I effectively lost almost ₺10.

This is not the currency I made my purchase in, nor the one I was promised. I want the refund to be corrected immediately and issued in euros, as initially calculated. On top of that, I expect the difference caused by this unauthorized conversion to be refunded as well.

I’ve already contacted customer service and am still waiting for a proper explanation. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Manipulating refunds with unfavorable conversions is unacceptable.
