If Global Blue reversed your refund because the customs form was missing and you want to stop or fix it;

Check your refund status first;

• Go to Global Blue → Track Refund
• Enter your refund reference number
• Note:
– Refund amount
– Status (Reversed / Cancelled / On Hold)
– Reason shown
• Screenshot the status

Confirm customs validation;

• Make sure your Tax Free form was properly stamped at departure
• If digital validation was required, confirm it shows “Validated”
• Without customs confirmation, refunds are legally reversible

Check if you still have the stamped form;

• If yes:
– Scan or take clear photos
• If not stamped:
– Contact the airport customs office immediately
– Ask if late validation is possible

Contact Global Blue Support;

• Explain your refund was reversed due to missing customs proof
• Provide:
– Refund reference number
– Purchase details
– Copy/photo of stamped form (if available)
