GetYourGuide Charged My Card $173 After I Canceled My Disneyland Booking

On January 17, we made a reservation through GetYourGuide for Paris Disneyland tickets. On January 31, we canceled the reservation. However, instead of issuing a refund, another charge of about $173 was taken from our account on February 1 without our knowledge or permission.

If this issue is not corrected immediately and the unauthorized charge is refunded, I will begin the necessary legal and formal complaint procedures as soon as possible.
