GetYourGuide Canceled My Louvre Tickets & Hasn’t Issued a Refund

I purchased two tickets for the Louvre Museum on June 23, 2024, through GetYourGuide, paying ₺1825. However, just one day after purchasing, GetYourGuide canceled my tickets without any explanation.
Despite this, I have yet to receive my refund. I have waited long enough and demand an immediate refund for the canceled tickets. It is unacceptable for a platform to cancel a booking and hold onto customers' money without any communication or resolution.
If my refund is not processed as soon as possible, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights authorities. GetYourGuide, respond now and issue my refund! Has anyone else experienced this issue?
