• Save screenshots of the charge in your bank account

• Whether the charge appears pending or already confirmed

• Go to help.getyourguide.com
• Provide your registered email address and reservation number (if any appears)
• Attach a screenshot of the unrecognized charge

Ask them to:

• Identify the reservation linked to the charge
