If GetYourGuide made an unauthorized charge to your account, you can address it as follows:

• Check your statement to confirm the date, amount, and description of the charge
• Look in your email to see whether there is a reservation confirmation or invoice
• Go to getyourguide.com → My bookings and check whether any activity appears linked to the charge
• Save screenshots of the charge in your bank account

First verify:

• Whether the charge corresponds to a renewal, previous reservation, or payment attempt
• Whether someone with access to your account may have made the booking
• Whether the charge appears pending or already confirmed

Contact GetYourGuide support:

• Go to help.getyourguide.com
• Provide your registered email address and reservation number (if any appears)
• Attach a screenshot of the unrecognized charge

Ask them to:

• Identify the reservation linked to the charge
• Confirm whether there was unauthorized use of your account
• Cancel any reservation associated with the payment
• Process a refund to the original payment method
• Assign you a case or ticket number for follow-up
