I'd like to cancel my Getcontact subscription, but I'm unable to do so. There is no system, phone number, or customer service to assist me. I'm not sure how this is possible. They have the ability to withdraw money from my account automatically, but they do not give me the option to cancel my subscription. It's very bad. They appear to be attempting to make it difficult for me to cancel in order to continue charging me. I'm not happy with this service and don't want to pay for something I'm not using. I wish there was a way to speak with someone and get this resolved. I will have to take legal action if they do not allow me to cancel my subscription soon. This is simply not fair.
