I want to cancel my Getcontact Premium subscription, but they refuse to let me do so. When subscribing, they claim you can cancel anytime, but this is completely misleading. There is no option to cancel, and I do not want to be charged for a service I no longer wish to use.
The support page is useless, and there is no way to reach customer service. There is no cancellation link available, and I am extremely frustrated with this lack of transparency.
I demand an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a confirmation that no further payments will be deducted from my account. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint further!
