I Can’t Cancel My GetContact Subscription Because There’s No Option in the App

I’m trying to cancel my GetContact.com subscription, but there is no option to do so anywhere in the app's settings. I’ve tried everything—navigated through all the menus, followed support articles, even reinstalled the app—but nothing works. It's incredibly frustrating that a cancellation process is made so difficult, especially for a service I no longer wish to use.

Why is it so easy to sign up, yet nearly impossible to cancel? This feels intentional and unfair to users. I’m asking GetContact to provide a clear, accessible cancellation option and to process my subscription termination immediately. I no longer want to use the app, and I certainly don’t want to keep paying for something I can’t opt out of.
