I Face Inability to Cancel My Getcontact Subscription Through the App

I want to cancel my Getcontact subscription, but unfortunately, the app does not provide any clear option to do so in the settings menu. I have tried every possible method within the app, but none of them successfully canceled my subscription. This is extremely frustrating for a service I no longer wish to use.
It is unacceptable that while subscribing is easy, canceling the subscription turns into such a complicated and confusing process. No user should have to struggle this much just to opt out of a service. I feel trapped in a subscription I didn’t intend to continue, which creates both financial and emotional stress.
I demand that Getcontact immediately cancel my subscription and provide a clear, accessible method for cancellation in the future. Please stop forcing users into unwanted subscriptions and resolve my issue without delay.
