I genuinely believed I was reserving directly with the hotel, but after completing my payment, I discovered several hidden fees that almost doubled the overall price. I was caught off guard by these charges—there was no prior notice, just an unwelcome surprise in my confirmation email. I attempted to reach out using the number provided on their site, but it was unsuccessful. After some effort, I finally reached them through a sister company, but it turned out to be a total waste of time. The representative I interacted with was quite strict regarding cancellations and refunds, referring to their terms and conditions. This company engages in misleading pricing tactics, and I cannot endorse their services.
