I Got Overcharged by Booking.com and Didn’t Even Stay at the Hotel

I booked a hotel through Booking.com that was clearly listed at €64, taxes included—or so I thought. When I got to the payment screen, the price suddenly jumped to €119.10. I didn’t even notice the extra charges until after the payment was processed. If this price had been visible earlier, I would have reconsidered the booking entirely.
After the reservation, I tried contacting the hotel multiple times but got no response whatsoever. I also couldn't find the hotel’s location, despite trying every possible method. With no way to reach or locate the property, I had no choice but to cancel the reservation.
To make things worse, only €57 was refunded. I never stayed at the hotel, and now I’m short €62.10 for absolutely nothing. I demand the immediate refund of the remaining amount. This entire experience has been misleading and deeply disappointing. If my refund isn’t processed promptly, I will take this complaint to every relevant consumer protection authority.
