Reaching GE Appliances Customer Service is Nearly Impossible
All the gadgets in my new home are from GE Appliances. Just a couple of weeks after moving in, on February 4th, the dryer stopped working. The seller I purchased the house from recommended reaching out to GE Appliances customer service because the products are still under warranty. After being on hold for like 45 minutes, I finally got to book an appointment for a week from now. The technician who came told me that some parts needed replacement and mentioned he would come back once the parts were available. But no one has reached out to me or arrived yet. The dryer is still not working, and every time I contact customer service, they keep blaming delays in getting the parts. If you're unable to find the parts, it might be best to just get a new appliance.
