Electrolux Gave Me a Faulty Dryer and Ignored My Complaints

I’ve hardly been able to get any use out of my Electrolux dryer since the day I bought it. It doesn’t dry clothes properly, even after 10 hours. I’ve contacted customer service and the service center multiple times, leaving several requests, but they’ve shown no real interest. Each time, they returned the same faulty machine claiming it had been repaired. After two years, they finally acknowledged the issue and decided a part needed to be replaced. Throughout this entire process, they were neither solution-oriented nor concerned with customer satisfaction. They kept saying they’d call me back, but never did. The main office is also completely unresponsive. My warranty expires in August, and I feel like they’re just trying to stall until then. I haven’t had a functioning dryer for weeks, and they didn’t even provide a temporary replacement. I’m tired of the ongoing issues with this machine. I’m not satisfied and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m requesting a product replacement in the name of customer satisfaction.

Hello. In response to your answer, I just called the number you provided, but they said there has been no progress. I am waiting for your response for a solution.

There is still no response from the company. The dryer has been at the service center since the end of May. There has been no positive approach or solution. They are very uninterested and irresponsible.
