LG Dryer Installation Delay – Service Team Unresponsive and Disregards 24-Hour Promise

I recently purchased an LG dryer, and when I called the authorized service center for installation, I was met with unprofessional behavior. The representative spoke to me as though I were the service provider and said they could only send a technician 10 days later, on Friday. This contradicts LG’s official website, which clearly states “installation within 24 hours.”
When I mentioned this to the service team, they responded, “That’s how we operate, what’s on the website doesn’t apply to us.” This raises the question: is LG not enforcing its service promises, or are the service teams ignoring the brand's standards? In the end, the consumer is left frustrated. It seems essential to check with the service team, not just the brand, before purchasing a product. LG, I urge you to address this issue.
