Unable to Reach Arçelik Customer Support


Hi, I contacted you because I'm not happy with the service, but I can't even get through to customer care. Ten times I've called, been informed I'm first in line, waited five minutes, and the call hangs up. What can one expect from the service itself if customer care is unable to help? Ten days ago my fridge broke down; the motor was fixed under warranty, but the caution light on the display screen is still on. They promised that would stop, but a week has gone by and nothing has changed. Unplugging it, the service crew said, "Wait for the fold behind to flatten, then we'll come." Other employment kept them away, though. It seems they never visit the same location twice in a day. Early the following morning, they opened a new ticket. My refrigerator's contents rotted twice in 10 days, and the service quality is sadly nonexistent.
