Samsung Ignored My Refrigerator Problem Showing 10e Error Code

20For the past three days, my Samsung refrigerator hasn't been cooling at all, even though I've had it for two years. The device has been giving me a 10/e error code, and I quickly told someone about it. A service request was made, but no technician has come to fix the problem in the three days subsequently. The food inside has gone bad in the meantime, and I couldn't even relocate it to another place in time. I thought the response time would be faster, especially because this is an important device in my home. I'm disappointed with how this has been handled. I want the problem to be fixed right away and for me to get some type of recompense or solution for the trouble I've been through.
