Philips Airfryer E1 Error
I'm totally fed up with my newly purchased Philips Airfryer because it threw the dreaded E1 error and appears to have stopped working. I had just started using it for the third time, cooking at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, when this E1 error appeared. I waited for half an hour, hoping it would magically resume, but it didn't. Is this the kind of product quality I should be looking for? I have yet to prepare a proper meal with it. I'm thinking about returning it. Should I really go through all of this trouble? To make matters worse, I've been unable to contact their customer service department. It appears that there are some production issues with the latest XL model. Are these appliances not thoroughly tested before they are released to the public?
