Philips Air Fryer Lid Literally Melted in Just Two Days

I did a lot of research and ended up buying a Philips air fryer because I trust the brand. I got the product on May 23, 2023, and I've only been using it for two days, all my reseacrh just blew in my face!! When I was cleaning the fryer, I found out that the top lid had melted, just like other people were saying online.  I can't even believe it happened. We're giving out a lot of cash for these gadgets, and the label's still on, so we haven't messed with it. It's totally new! I've seen people complaining about the same thing on Şikayetvar and stuff. Seems like it's happening a lot. I'm convinced, there's definitely an issue with the product, I bought this thing from N11 and I really need Philips to hook me up with a replacement ASAP.
