Missing and Sold Usual Coins Without Consent on Gate.io
On December 17 and earlier, I purchased Usual Coins from the Gate.io exchange. However, without any prior notice, Gate.io removed Usual Coins from the sales list. On December 18 at 2:00 PM, the coin was relisted, but by 6:00 PM, I noticed that my Usual Coins had been partially refunded and were missing.
Gate.io had sold a portion of my Usual Coins without my consent and converted them into cash, which was refunded incompletely. This unauthorized action has caused me financial loss, and I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience.
I demand immediate compensation for the missing Usual Coins and the losses incurred due to these unauthorized transactions. Gate.io must ensure such issues do not happen to other users.
