Gate.io Sold My DOGS Coins Without Permission

I bought DOGS coins in the pre-market on Gate.io, but yesterday, without my knowledge, they were sold, and now the funds in my wallet are completely missing. I didn’t authorize this sale, and today, the coin is supposed to be listed, but my coins have vanished. I have no idea where my money went, and nothing is showing up in my account. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? I need immediate assistance to recover my funds.
