I Report Missing Balance And Transaction History On Gate.io After Account Reactivation

Recently, my account was suddenly frozen without clear explanation. One day later, when my access was restored, I logged in and discovered that my entire balance was missing, and all my past transaction history had been wiped clean.
This is a shocking and unacceptable situation. I did not receive any prior warning, explanation, or notification about such a drastic action. Instead of restoring my original account, Gate.io treated it as if it were a brand-new profile, erasing all the funds and transaction records I had accumulated over the years.
This situation has caused me significant financial loss and emotional distress. I trusted Gate.io to safeguard my investments, but now I am left without access to the funds I worked hard to earn.
I explicitly request the immediate recovery of my entire missing balance and full restoration of my transaction history. If the issue cannot be resolved, I demand a complete refund of my lost funds.
