On August 15, 2025, at 10:22 AM, I purchased 17,000 UNI 5S coins through the Gate.io mobile app. However, immediately after the purchase, the system automatically withdrew almost all of the coins, leaving me with only 17 coins in my account.
I never initiated any withdrawal request, nor did I receive any notification regarding fees, commissions, or other deductions. This unexpected loss amounts to nearly $400, and I cannot see any explanation in my transaction history for where my funds went.
I attempted to contact Gate.io customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response or clarification. This situation is unacceptable, as my assets have effectively disappeared without my consent or proper communication from the platform.
I am requesting a detailed explanation of where my coins went and why such an unauthorized deduction occurred. More importantly, I demand that my missing coins or the equivalent value be restored to my account immediately to resolve this issue and prevent further losses.
