I purchased a cryptocurrency on Gate.io, trusting the platform's reliability. However, following a coin name change, my holdings were removed from my account without my consent. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, the coin was never relisted, and I have not received any refund for the amount I invested.

I reached out to Gate.io support multiple times, but only received automatic bot responses, with no human support or concrete solution provided. This lack of accountability has caused me financial loss and eroded my trust in the platform.

I explicitly request the full refund of my missing funds or the immediate reinstatement of the delisted coin in my wallet. I expect Gate.io to take responsibility for the outcome of its listing decisions.
