I Bought a Garmin Instinct Watch—Battery Died Fast and Can’t Be Replaced

I purchased a Garmin Instinct watch expecting long battery life and reliable performance. Instead, the battery drained much quicker than expected, and now I’m facing the same issue many others have reported—Garmin refuses to replace the battery.
When I contacted support, they told me to order a replacement battery from AliExpress. That’s unacceptable. I paid a significant amount for a quality product, only to be told that I should turn to third-party sellers when something as basic as a battery fails. And to make matters worse, the battery isn’t even available on AliExpress anymore.
So what now? Am I supposed to throw this watch in the trash after a year or two of use? This is incredibly disappointing and feels like planned obsolescence. A product in this price range should come with proper after-sales support and battery replacement options. Garmin needs to do better.
