My Tiesfong Dash Cam from AliExpress Stopped Working and Seller Won’t Respond

I purchased a Tiesfong dash cam from the Tiesfong Supply Store on AliExpress, and within less than a year, it completely stopped working. The camera won’t turn on at all, even though it’s still within the warranty period.

I reached out to the seller multiple times, but they have not responded at all. Hoping for support, I contacted AliExpress customer service, but they’ve done nothing to help resolve the issue. It’s incredibly disappointing to buy something that fails so quickly and then be left with no support or recourse.

AliExpress, I need this fixed immediately. Either get the seller to honor the warranty, or issue me a refund or replacement. This level of service is unacceptable for a global marketplace.
