On May 7, 2025, an unauthorized withdrawal of ₺5,000 was made from my virtual card via Garanti BBVA’s internet banking. On the same day, two additional virtual cards were created without my consent, and another ₺10,000 was withdrawn—bringing the total unauthorized amount to ₺15,000. Although the bank typically requires approval for every action, these transactions were processed without my authorization. I only became aware of the situation after receiving a call from the bank. I immediately contacted customer service at 444 0 333 and informed them that these transactions were not made by me. Following their guidance, I took the necessary security measures. This incident clearly resulted from a security vulnerability on Garanti Bank’s end. I urgently request that my loss be compensated and the withdrawn amount refunded.
