My Card Was Refunded Then Recharged Without Explanation by Garanti BBVA

₺14,000 has been taken from my Garanti BBVA account without my consent. I promptly blocked my card and initiated an official dispute as soon as I identified the problem. I felt a wave of relief when the money was returned to my account shortly after. About a month and a half later, I was surprised to see the same amount charged back to my card as a debt, and I received no prior notice or explanation. I was left to navigate the situation alone, with no one reaching out to provide any clarification. This level of handling is simply not acceptable and feels quite unfair. If appropriate measures are not implemented, I will escalate this matter by filing a formal complaint with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK) and explore all legal avenues to seek resolution.
