Garanti BBVA Ignored My Refund Request for Unauthorized Transactions

On May 17, 2024, unauthorized transactions were made through phone banking, resulting in money being withdrawn from my Garanti BBVA account. Despite my objections, no resolution has been reached. On the same day, similar transactions made through Yapı Kredi Bank were refunded by that bank. This clearly shows that the issue was not caused by any fault on my part but by a security breach. However, despite repeatedly contacting Garanti BBVA through calls and emails, I have not received any response. During my conversations with customer representatives, I was simply told, "We will get back to you," and the calls were ended. The lack of follow-up on such a serious issue is deeply concerning. Since Yapı Kredi Bank deemed their refund justified, I am awaiting your stance on this matter as well.
