I Face Missing Package and Refund Delay with GAP Order Despite 18 Days of Follow-Up

On July 1, 2025, I placed an order on gap.com.tr with order number 2961519554612548, which included six items. The order was shipped in three separate packages. I received the first and second packages within a few days, but the third package—which included two t-shirts—never arrived.

After waiting a reasonable amount of time, I contacted GAP customer service. All I received were vague, scripted responses like “We’re looking into it,” “We’ll get back to you,” or “Your issue has been prioritized.” When more than 10 days passed without any resolution, I formally requested a refund. They claimed a refund process had been initiated, yet now it’s been 18 days, and still no refund has been issued.

Despite repeatedly calling and messaging via WhatsApp support, I keep getting the same empty reassurances: “I’ve escalated it,” “You’ll be contacted today,” “I’m personally following up,” etc. How can such a large company fail to locate two basic t-shirts—or worse, refuse to return my money for items I never received? I’ve followed up multiple times, only to feel like I’m begging for my own money.

GAP, this level of customer care is unacceptable. You must immediately process my refund and issue an official explanation.
