I Never Received My eBay Order #21-12757-85349 but the Seller Still Got Paid

I placed an order on March 1, 2025, on eBay, with Order No: 21-12757-85349, and as of April 2, 2025, I still have not received the item. What’s even more frustrating is that despite repeated attempts to contact eBay customer support, I have not received any helpful response. I’ve sent multiple messages and emails, yet no one has resolved the issue or shown any concern.

Even worse, I just found out that the payment has already been released to the seller, even though I never received the product. This is completely unacceptable. eBay’s lack of responsibility in this matter has caused me to lose trust in the platform.

I demand a full refund or immediate resolution, otherwise I will not be using eBay again for any purchases. eBay must take accountability for supporting fraudulent or negligent sellers.
