GAP Online Order Issue — Wrong Size and Late Delivery

On October 3, I ordered a sweatshirt for age 5 from the GAP store on Trendyol. However, when the package arrived on October 8, I received a size 2 product instead. To make matters worse, the correct size is currently out of stock. I honestly didn’t expect such a mistake from GAP, and this has been a real disappointment for me.
Additionally, my order was delivered three days late. My order number is 10561994688. I’m requesting a gift voucher or compensation to make up for the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
