GAP Bags’ Zippers Broke After Only 2 Months of Use




I purchased two GAP bags in September, expecting them to last given the brand’s reputation. However, I was shocked when the zippers on both bags broke after just two months of use. For a brand known for quality, this level of poor durability is completely unacceptable. I trusted GAP for reliable products, but these bags have proven to be anything but that. I am extremely disappointed and expect the company to address this issue promptly. I request support from GAP to repair or replace these defective items as soon as possible. A response from customer service to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.
