GAP Sold Me a Defective Zip Up Sweatshirt - Ignored My Replacement Request

On September 20, 2025, I purchased a zip-up sweatshirt for ₺4,049 from GAP store. I wore it only once, and when I tried to wear it a second time, I noticed a loose thread on the hood. After examining it closely, I realized the product was defective. I hadn’t noticed this detail when buying it. I sent the item for inspection on November 1, but even after two weeks, I received no response. When I called the store myself, they sent an SMS about half an hour later. I was left in a difficult situation due to the lack of attention and delay throughout this process. Since the product is under warranty, I am requesting a replacement for the sweatshirt. I truly did not expect this kind of service from a brand like GAP. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
