My Samsonite 2-Week Bag Broke, They Gave 2 Months To Repair It



I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop backpack that I purchased on June 9th, 2024. Unfortunately, the strap of the bag broke within just two weeks of use, which is clearly indicative of a production failure. When I reached out to your customer service team, I was informed that it would take approximately two months to repair the bag. Given the short time frame in which the defect occurred, I find this resolution unacceptable. It's been a month since I sent it back to service, but I am still waiting for it to be fixed. As a long-time customer of Samsonite, I am disappointed with this experience and the proposed solution.
