Lufian Tracksuit Zipper Quality Fails Within 6 Months

I trusted the quality of Lufian products, but I am shocked and disappointed by how quickly their tracksuits began to fail. In less than six months, the zippers on my Lufian tracksuits started to break, which is unacceptable for a premium brand. I sent the items for inspection, but my complaint was dismissed as "user error." Despite pointing out the poor quality of the zippers, my concerns were completely ignored.

Even the cheapest tracksuits have zippers that last for years, but this supposedly high-end brand couldn’t deliver the quality they advertise. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability and customer service. Lufian, this lack of quality and care for your customers is unacceptable. I demand that you resolve this issue immediately and improve your product standards.
