My GeForce Now Subscription Vanished - Paid but Can't Play

I purchased a subscription package from GeForce Now to enhance my gaming experience. The payment was processed and charged to my card, but the package isn't showing up in my account. I tried logging out and back in, thinking it might be a glitch, but my subscription still doesn't appear.
I've reached out to their support team via email and WhatsApp, but it's been a week with no response. I've already lost a week of my month-long subscription, and the problem persists. There's been absolutely no communication from their end. What am I supposed to do now? I've paid for the service, but I can't use it.
