I was unexpectedly charged for a one-year Discord Nitro subscription without my authorization. Even if I had intended to purchase Nitro, it would have been for just one month, not an entire year. Confused and frustrated, I reached out to Discord’s support team to request a refund.

Their response? A flat-out denial with no explanation. I asked for clarification, but no one provided any answers. This lack of transparency and refusal to address the issue is unacceptable.
