Gameforge Metin2 Banned My Account Without Reason and Ignores My Appeals
I’ve been playing Metin2, owned by Gameforge, for a long time and have never once used any illegal software or cheats. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned under the accusation of cheating. This accusation is completely unfounded, and what’s worse is that Gameforge has completely ignored my repeated attempts to get clarification.
I asked for proof of the alleged violation and wanted to know how long the ban would last—yet I’ve received absolutely no response. They’re not providing any evidence, nor are they giving me a chance to defend myself. It feels like I’m being punished unfairly and left in the dark.
I demand that Gameforge review my account activity in detail and provide clear evidence of any wrongdoing—if it exists. If not, I want my account to be reactivated immediately. Ignoring loyal players and refusing to communicate is unacceptable. I trusted this platform, but now I feel completely disregarded. Please take this issue seriously and reinstate my account.
