Playrix Wrongfully Banned My Account Even Though I Didn’t Cheat

My Playrix game account was unfairly banned, and I’m deeply frustrated and hurt by the decision. I did not use any cheats or violate any rules. I’ve explained this to the support team multiple times, but they continue to ignore my appeals as if I’ve done something wrong.

I’ve invested a lot of time and money into this game—real money, and I even have the receipts to prove it. It’s incredibly disheartening to have all that effort and spending dismissed without a proper investigation. How can you just ban someone who’s been a loyal, honest player?

This is not how players who support your game should be treated. I demand my account be reviewed again and reinstated immediately. I deserve to get back what I’ve built—without being wrongly accused. Please return my account and the respect I’ve earned as a fair player.
