Metin2TR Unknown Email Problem Blocking My Game Access For Months

I have been unable to access my Metin2TR account, which I actively play on the Barbaros server, for nearly two months. When I try to log into the game, it asks me to connect my account to an email address that does not belong to me and that I do not recognize. Because of this, I cannot access my account and all the time and effort I’ve invested into the game is going to waste.

Even though I have not violated any rules, my account was closed and I am now being asked to verify an unfamiliar email address, which has caused significant inconvenience. I request that the necessary security checks be carried out, that my account be reactivated with my correct personal information, and that I receive a proper explanation regarding this issue.

I contacted Gameforge customer service during this process; however, they again asked me to confirm an email address I do not recognize, and the issue remains unresolved. The fact that this problem has not been addressed for nearly two months has caused major frustration. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken.
