Gameforge Metin2 Account Locked—Two-Factor Authentication Prevents Access
About three years ago, I enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) on my Gameforge Metin2 account for security. However, I have not logged in for the past two years, and now I no longer have access to the 2FA code.
When I contacted Gameforge support, they asked me to provide an email screenshot from when I activated 2FA, showing the device brand and model, device name, and exact activation date. Since that email was deleted long ago, I am unable to provide it. However, I did provide the device model, approximate activation date, and even the city and district where I activated it, yet they refuse to help.
My account is still linked to my valid email, so they could easily send me a verification code to restore access, but they choose not to assist me. I demand immediate help to recover my account—this lack of flexibility in support is unacceptable!
