Gameforge Banned My Accounts Without Reason – I Want a Fair Review

I have multiple accounts on Gameforge, each registered under different email addresses. Recently, I encountered an error stating "The game is not available for you," and my access was restricted.

Thinking it was a system error, I submitted a support ticket. Meanwhile, I logged into another active account and played for a while. When I later checked my original account, it was still blocked. Worse, when I tried to log back into my other active account, I realized that this account had also been banned.

Gameforge claims that these bans were automatically enforced and that they cannot override them. They cited "bot usage" as the reason, but I have never used third-party software or engaged in unfair play.

I demand a detailed explanation and a proper review of my case. I have not violated any rules, and I believe this ban is unfair. My accounts should be reinstated immediately.
