PUBG Banned My Account After It Was Hacked—I Want My Access Restored

My PUBG account was unfairly banned, and I believe this action was taken without properly investigating the situation. Before the ban occurred, my account had already been hacked. I did not have control over it at the time the violation happened, yet I’m the one being punished.

This account is one I invested a lot of time and money into, and seeing it shut down so quickly without a proper review is incredibly upsetting. I’ve played for years, built up my progress fairly, and never used any illegal tools or cheats. The real problem here is that after my account was stolen, the person who took it apparently caused trouble, and now I’m left locked out and blamed.

I demand that my account be thoroughly investigated, and that PUBG reinstate access to my rightful profile. I can provide proof of ownership and any needed documentation. Please don’t ignore the effort and money I’ve put into this account. I expect a swift response and resolution.
