My PUBG account was unfairly banned, and I believe this action was taken without properly investigating the situation. Before the ban occurred, my account had already been hacked. I did not have control over it at the time the violation happened, yet I’m the one being punished.
This account is one I invested a lot of time and money into, and seeing it shut down so quickly without a proper review is incredibly upsetting. I’ve played for years, built up my progress fairly, and never used any illegal tools or cheats.
