Gameforge Cannot Resolve My Login Information Invalid Error on Metin2 Account

I'm experiencing an issue with Metin2 where I'm repeatedly getting the "login information invalid" error. While playing the game, I logged out to switch games, but when I tried to log back in, I received the error message "Account cannot be found." This issue occurred before but was resolved; however, this time, the problem persists. Despite submitting tickets, I have not received any helpful responses from Gameforge. My account had EP and items loaded, yet they are not addressing my concerns or providing any resolution. I did not take any action that could have caused this issue, and I'm left wondering where to escalate this matter for a proper solution.
