Gameforge Metin2 Account Hacked—No Support Response for Days

I have a level 80 Sura character in Metin2 under my Gameforge account, and it has always been accessed from only one computer and one platform. Despite this, my account was hacked, and all my items were stolen.

What’s worse, I never received any email or phone notification about the unauthorized access. Someone logged into my Metin2 account through Gameforge and looted everything, yet I was never alerted.

I immediately submitted a support ticket on the Gameforge website, but days have passed with no response. This is completely unacceptable. I demand urgent action to restore my lost items and strengthen account security. Ignoring hacked players is not an option—Gameforge, do something!
