I Got Unfairly Banned on Valorant for Third-Party Software I Never Used

Dear Valorant Support Team, I am writing out of frustration and disappointment. About a year ago, my Valorant account was suddenly banned without any warning. The reason given was the alleged use of third-party software. However, I have never used any cheat tools or unauthorized programs—not even once. I play fair and take pride in improving through legitimate gameplay.

Since the ban, I’ve submitted multiple support tickets trying to explain my situation, but all I’ve received are automated, copy-paste responses. It feels like no one actually reviewed my case properly. I’m asking you now, please, take a real look at my account and investigate it thoroughly. This is extremely unfair, and I’m being punished for something I didn’t do.

I’ve put in so many hours and money into this game, and it’s devastating to lose everything due to what seems like a mistake on your end. I deserve a fair review and a clear explanation. Please remove this wrongful ban and give me back access to my account. I just want to play the game I love.
