G2A Charged My Card but Didn’t Deliver Robux
On October 23, 2025, I attempted to purchase Robux through G2A using my credit card. During the transaction, I received an error message and the Robux was not added to my account.
Despite this, my card was still charged. I have not yet contacted G2A customer service. I am requesting that the Robux I paid for be credited to my Roblox account with the username “feyzo255.” I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
